We charge a flat rate per chart, so there are no surprises. You can put in as many requests as you have credits. We'll work through them one at a time. Typical turnaround time is two days per request, Monday to Friday. You can can have one active request at a time and you can choose what to prioritise, so you have full control.

Not all designers are comfortable working with data. We are. You may also not have enough work to keep a full-time person busy. With us you just pay for what you need.
You can ask for as many charts as you want. We will do them one at a time and send them to you for approval.
Our average turnaround time for a chart is two working days. We work on one request at a time. As soon as you approve the chart we start work on your next request. You can choose which requests get priority.
However, it does mean that the more changes you want us to make, the longer a chart will take to complete.

We offer static charts in a range of sizes to fit your brief. We can also make simple maps. But interactive charts or maps, dashboards, animations, videos or gifs are outside the scope of this offering. If you’re looking for any of those, contact design@theoutlier.co.za for a quote.
We also don’t find, clean or analyse data for you. You need to have your data ready and know what you want your charts to show.
